We're Having a..........

BOY!!!!!

That's right! I can hardly believe it, but we're having a bundle full of boy!! The doctor did tell us to keep our receipt, because he has been known to be wrong. But by the ultrasound, we're pretty positive that it's a boy! The baby was so actvie! We saw his little arms and legs kicking and waving around. It was the cutest thing in the world...I smiled the entire time. And Nathanael--well, he's just estatic! The baby measured at 16 weeks and 5 days, even though I'm 17 weeks and 5 days. He said that his measurements are usually right on target give or take a week. The head, spine, legs, etc. looked great and said it looks like a normal, healthy boy. I can't wait to meet this little guy!!
Ok, so the rest of the doctor's appointment was dull in comparison to the ultrasound, so I'll be brief. I've gained 5 pounds since the last visit, making it a total of 6.5 pounds so far. My blood pressure was still up a little, but I was so anxious about the ultrasound. I do have to take some prescription medicine in order to get a rid of a bacteria problem, but that should be cleared up in seven days.

Well, hope everyone is doing well! Our next appintment is for February 2nd.

We're expecting our bundle of joy on June 10th!
