Half Way There

Yep, on Friday I hit the halfway mark in this pregnancy. It's hard for me to believe that in about 20 weeks we'll be bringing our baby home. I'm ready for him to be here, but at the same time, I'm scared to death.

We have bought a crib, crib mattress, and a dresser/changing table for the baby. We're hopefully going to paint and get the border up before we (or should I say Nathanael) assemble the crib. I'll be sure to post a pic when it's up. We're using a safari theme in Baby's room, it's so cute!

Since Thursday, the baby has been kicking a lot. He's such an active guy, which I really enjoy! However, I'm a little nervous that this just a hint of how active he'll be as a toddler. Nathanael has been able to feel the baby as well...I couldn't believe he could actually feel this baby moving inside me. I think the pregnancy and this baby are finally feeling more real. I'm so overwhelmed by the miracle of this baby. Well, I'll be in touch again after our next dr. appt on 2/02.
